Supervision on the bus
Supervision in the Hotel
Assisting the performers and directors
at the festival with any thing that may occur
Each chaperone will be assigned a
group of students, which they will be keeping
communications with during the trip
Being there if students need you
Having a good time
Taking lots of pictures, videos, etc
BUS
RULES
Keep the bus clean
If you want music, use your
headphones
Respect the driver
Be on time when the bus is ready to
leave
Find a seat, any seat and stay there
HOTEL
RULES
You are not the only ones in the
Hotel.
No running in the halls
Keep the music, TV, Talking down in
your rooms
Keep your rooms clean. Each room will be inspected before we
leave. If they are a mess, you will go
back and clean them up before we leave.
(That is food on the floor, sunflower seeds, pop cans etc.) We would
like to go on other trips and possibly use that hotel another time.
